Team Leadership

I lead with high energy, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to motivate the team to achieve their highest performance levels and goals. My leadership style is one of mentorship, where I work to guide my team to reach and exceed their goals while also working toward common goals. I think it’s important to provide positive feedback and constructive criticism in order to enhance productivity and improve my team’s skill set. I also firmly believe in professional development by identifying my employees’ goals and providing direction for building upon certain skill sets, educational development, certifications, or whatever is required to take them to that next level.
