Team Leadership

In terms of ongoing management, I find team-building exercises and recognition events such as group barbecues essential. They help the team to get to know one another better and ultimately work together more effectively and efficiently. I lead by example and treat everyone fairly. Furthermore, implementing organizational hierarchy programs to motivate staff to obtain higher skill sets and wages has proven effective.
